    We meet weekly via zoom for Life Coaching Pep Talks by Mari. Following the pep talk we will break out into small zoom rooms, aka PODS, to set weekly goals, report on the prior week's successes and challenges, and hold one another accountable. We will do this in a loving and supportive way to ensure the success of all members of The Crew.

 

  • Action:

    Members of The Crew will also have an opportunity for weekly co-working time via zoom. During co-working we come together to actually DO the work it takes to realize our goals. This isn't just a dream and scheme group; this is a get shit done group.
 

  • Community: 

    Magic happens when like-minded women gather because we bring a vast amount of lived experiences and wisdom. The Crew is set up in such a way that you'll be able to both offer and receive support from other crew members.

The Deets:

 

 

  • When:

    The Crew will run from February 1st - April 30th 

  • Where:

    The Crew will meet via zoom weekly with two meeting options to choose from. Mondays at either 12pm or 7pm Pacific.

  • How:

    By coupling accountability and coaching your 3 month goals are almost guaranteed to be reached. 

  • Standards:

    The Crew members will be held to high ethical standards ensuring the success and safety of all members. 

  • Coach:

    As your coach, Mari will facilitate all Crew Meetings and Crew Co-Working times.

- Monthly Coaching & Accountability Calls: Each month we focus on a THEME that helps us keep the vision and focus so we can create a life we love. During these coaching calls Mari will coach & encourage you to make the necessary goals and adjustments needed to keep you on track. 

- 1st Monday of each month at 10AM PST 

 

- Hot Seat Coaching Sessions: Twice per month we hop on a zoom call for hot seat coaching. This is your time to either ask a specific coaching question or sit back and watch your fellow Crew Members get coached. It is transformational either way. 

- 2nd Thursday at 10AM PST

- 4th Monday at 11AM PST
