About me...my name is Mari (Maudi) and I'm a lifestyle design coach dedicated to helping women create and live a life they LOVE. And this summer I am especially passionate about creating moments of delight and memories worth savoring.
Last summer, and MANY summers before, I hustled myself to the bone. By the time the kids were headed back to school I was breathing a sigh of relief. I had gone 100 miles an hour for too long and I was butting up against burnout.
And the absolute worst part, I didn't truly enjoy my summer. Instead of savoring moments I was just trying to "get through them".
This summer I'll be rolling a bit slower. Savoring more. Creating memories. Having more fun. Making more connections. And really being really present for my life.
