The Crew Values: 

• Accountability: We will meet weekly via zoom for Life Coaching and Pep Talks by Mari. After the pep talk we will break out into small zoom rooms, aka PODS, to set weekly goals, report on your past week's successes & challenges, and hold each other accountable. We will do this in a loving and supportive way to ensure the success of ALL. 
• Action: Members of The Crew will also have an option for weekly co-working time via zoom where we will come together to actually DO the work it takes to realize our goals and dreams.. This isn't just a dream & scheme group; this is a get shit done group!
• Community: Magic happens when like-minded women gather because we bring a vast amount of lived experiences and wisdom. The Crew is set up in such a way that you will be able to both offer and receive support from the other Crew members.  

 

Deets: 

- The Crew will run from September 1 - November 30, 2022

- Crew Meetings will be held weekly with two meeting options to choose from. Mondays at either 12pm or 7pm Pacific.

- The Crew members will be held to high ethical standards ensuring the success and safety of all members. 

- As your coach, Mari will facilitate all Crew Meetings and Crew Co-Working Times. 

 

What is a "MASTERMIND"?

A mastermind is a group of like-minded individuals who come together regularly to share their goals, create plans to achieve them, and to hold each other accountable. It is an effective way to increase the likelihood of each member's success because accountability is QUEEN when it comes to goal getting. 

Keep these important goal attainment probabilities in mind when considering joining The Crew: 

- Just having a goal: 10 percent chance of success 

- Consciously deciding you will pursue your goal: 25 percent chance of success

- Planning how to accomplish your goal: 50 percent chance of success

- Committing to someone about your goal: 65 percent chance of success

- Having a specific accountability appointment (like The Crew): 95 percent chance of success

Hey, I'm Mari (Maudi) and I will be your coach throughout the mastermind. I bring 15 years of business and coaching experience to the group. Currently I'm a multiple business owner, podcaster, busy mom of three and wifey to Tom the Bom. I'm also a self proclaimed "curious student of life" when means I love to try new things to live the most epic life possible. It is my passion and mission to gather inspired women to seek growth, happiness and fulfillment.
