131: Happiness

Season #3 Episode #131

Today, we're diving into happiness, inspired by recent conversations and insights that have resonated deeply with Mari.   In the past week, Mari has had discussions about happiness with close friends and fellow coaches. These conversations propelled her to shift "Mondays with Mari" sessions into our Crew community, where every Monday at 8 am, we kick off the week with coaching insights and inspiration...and she is giving you a sneak peek this week on the pod.   The Crew is a coaching community offering an array of activities from Book Clubs to masterminds, monthly coaching calls, and more. It's a space where we foster growth and intentional living—truly a supportive, compassionate environment.   This week's theme in the Crew & this podcast focuses on unabashed happiness. It's inspired by a story from a woman in our community who realized she could own her happiness independently of others. We often downplay our joy based on others' experiences, but today Mari challenges you to embrace and express your happiness fully.   Let's commit to creating lives filled with joy, purpose, and pride. Share your joy openly and inspire others to embrace their happiness.   Remember, happiness doesn't need permission or a reason. It just needs you to recognize and nurture it. Interested in The Crew?
