Jump Start is an annual retreat hosted by The Crew. It's hands down my favorite event of the year. The vibe is edgy, real, and come-as-you-are. No Zoom squares, no multitasking, no performing. Just expert coaches, real accountability, and a room full of women who go after what they want.
Women from all walks of life show up, in different industries and different chapters, and that mix is the point. Past attendees have walked away with new collaborators, clients, mentors, and friends.

Friday has the Future Self Welcome Reception with champagne and flatbread pizza. Saturday and Sunday have light snacks and a coffee bar. Lunch on Saturday is on your own. The Friday bar is no-host.
